SHIPPING
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours, except orders received on weekends and holidays. Depending on your preference your order will ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping total includes handling fee of $1.75. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase when it arrives we gladly accept returns. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. The item or items must be in new and unused condition, with original packaging. We deem receipt to be the date the delivery service acknowledges delivery. To return merchandise, please click the Contact Us link in the information box at the bottom left side of this page. Indicate your original order number in the subject line, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. We will email you an RA# and mailing instructions. You will be refunded for the purchase price less shipping and handling. Your charge card will be credited within 5 business days after the item is returned.
EXCHANGES
If you received your item as a gift and wish to make an exchange, simply follow the above instructions for processing a return and request the replacement item(s) you want from our site.
Unless your item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, please send an email to us by clicking on the customer service email link on the home page of our website indicating your order number and describing the damage. We will send you instructions for processing the return. You will not incur any return or re-shipping fees for defective or damaged products. |
